Someone answers our calls and messages any time, day or night, including weekends and holidays. A wake can begin at any hour, so you can order flowers and ask questions whenever you need to.
Same-day delivery: order by 4 PM for Metro Manila and by 2 PM for the provinces. Orders after the cutoff go out the next morning.
How to order
- Online: choose an arrangement in our funeral flowers shop, write your ribbon or card message, and check out.
- By Viber or WhatsApp: send us the arrangement you like (or a photo of the style you want), the ribbon message, the chapel name and viewing room, the name of the deceased, and your name and number. We confirm the price and delivery time.
- Pay by bank transfer.
- Get a photo by Viber, WhatsApp or email once the flowers are set up at the wake.
Where we deliver
We deliver to chapels, funeral homes, churches, memorial parks, columbaries and homes in all 17 cities of Metro Manila, and across Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan and Pampanga.
- Metro Manila: free delivery on orders of ₱5,000 and up.
- Provinces: ₱500 delivery, free on orders of ₱7,000 and up.
We are an online flower shop without a walk-in store. Every arrangement is made to order and delivered straight to the wake.
Corporate accounts
Companies can send condolence flowers for employees, clients and partners. We put the company name on the ribbon and can send one invoice for several orders. Learn about corporate accounts.
Questions we often get
Can I order for someone else and pay from abroad?
Yes. Many of our customers order for family in the Philippines from overseas. Pay by bank transfer, including international transfers, and we send you a photo of the flowers at the wake.
What details do you need for the delivery?
The chapel or address, the viewing room or chapel number, the name of the deceased, and a contact person at the wake if possible. For a home wake, add a landmark.
Can I change the ribbon message after I order?
Message us as soon as possible. If the ribbon has not been printed yet, we can still change it.
