These terms apply when you order from funeralflorist.ph, run by Funeral Florist PH, a Bloomhouse Co. brand. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
An order is confirmed once your payment is received. We may decline an order we cannot fulfil, for example a delivery outside our areas, and refund you in full by the same payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Philippine pesos and include the arrangement, its stand or easel, a printed ribbon or laminated card, and a photo once the flowers are in place. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept bank transfer, including international transfers from abroad. Your order is confirmed once the payment reaches our account.
The price shown when you order is the price you pay. Later price changes or promotions do not apply to orders already placed.
Promotions and discount codes
Promotions are valid only for the dates stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and are limited to one code per order. We may change or end a promotion at any time.
Flowers and photos
Each arrangement is handmade, so the flowers you receive may differ slightly from the photo while keeping the same look and value. See our Refund & Substitution Policy.
Ribbon and card messages
We print your message exactly as you write it at checkout, so please check the spelling of names. We may decline messages that are offensive.
Delivery
Delivery areas, cutoffs, time windows and fees are described in our Delivery Policy. Please give the correct chapel, viewing room and a contact person at the wake. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by wrong details.

Events beyond our control
We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by events we cannot control, such as typhoons, floods, road closures, power or network outages, or government orders. When this happens, we will contact you to agree on a new time or another address.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We use your details and the recipient’s only to complete and deliver your order. See our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
