Funeral Florist PH, a Bloomhouse Co. brand, respects your privacy and follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your details: name, mobile number and email address
- Delivery details: chapel or address, viewing room, contact person at the wake and their number, name of the deceased if you give it, delivery date and time
- Your message: the words for the ribbon or card
- Payment: the name on your bank transfer and your proof of payment, so we can match it to your order. We never ask for card numbers.
- Website use: pages visited and how you found us, through Google Analytics cookies
How we use it
- To prepare and deliver your order and send you the delivery photo
- To contact you or the contact person at the wake about the delivery
- To send your order confirmation and a request for feedback
- To improve our website
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the people needed to complete your order, such as our riders and payment providers, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as Philippine tax and accounting rules require. Other information, such as delivery contacts and messages, is deleted once it is no longer needed.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email hello@funeralflorist.ph and we will reply within 15 days. Requests go to our Data Protection Officer at Bloomhouse Co., through the same email.
